Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make Basil Chicken with Curry Coconut Sauce. This is a real simple dish to cook. You're going to need a wok. You know it's like a stir fry, so a wok would be useful. I don't have a wok, but I have a deep dish frying pan that I'm going to use. It's just as good. We're going to need a cutting knife. Go out and get yourself a good cutting knife. They'll pay for themselves. I always tell you that. You'll save a lot of money by eating at home. The silicone cutting boards are great. You pick up your stuff, you put it right in your bowl. They're cheap as well. You're going to need a spatula, tongs to just grab your chicken as we're frying it. A plate with a paper towel just to put your chicken on as it comes out of the frying pan. Another bowl for all our spices which we're going to mix our chicken into. And just some tin foil to wrap that up. You're going to have to put that into your fridge for about two hours after you season this chicken. So come back. We're going to actually start putting it all together. We're going to start by bringing you back, we're going wash and get our chicken ready. So come back. We're making a beautiful easy meal here today. It's, I'm telling you it's really good. My friend actually gave me this recipe after I tried it at his house and I've been cooking it for about the last year. It's something that we make every once in a while and it's good with a nice white wine.
