Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make Basil Chicken with Curry Coconut Sauce. Alright. Today we're going to make a real spicy curry sauce. And you know what? You're going to find that you have most of the spices that I'm going to use today, you're going to find that you have most of them in your spice rack. And what's great about this dish is that you're going to get to use all of them today. Whereas most of the time, you don't even use half of them, let alone, you're going to say wow I didn't even have that in my spice rack. So let me just go over each and every one of my spices. Okay, the spices that we will be using today are turmeric, curry powder, chili powder, cinnamon, ground nutmeg, cayenne pepper, cardamom, cumin, coriander, cloves, whole black pepper and paprika. Try to say that ten times fast. So in addition to all those spices, we're going to need about a pound to a pound and a half of chicken breasts. I'm going to cut it up into quarter inch pieces. We're going to also need a red onion. We're going to need about a cup of red onion. So you may need about one large one or two small ones. Going to need about five or six cloves of garlic, some jalapeños, two jalapeños. I have some fresh ginger which is beautiful. Also some fresh basil at the end just to give it that niceness and also to garnish. Going to need some olive oil to fry up some of our garlic and our jalapeños and our onion. And we're also going to need some instant rice because that's what we're going to put this on. We're also going to need some corn starch and some coconut milk. Come back. It's going to be real fast, real fun. Listen this one, this is nice because you got all these different spices, with the sweetness of the coconut milk and the basil, nice. Come back. We're going to make it.
