The G major chord is made up of G,B and D and it sounds like this. For G minor we flat the 3rd and play G, B flat, and D. Major, minor. The G major arpeggio is made up of the 1,3, and 5 of the G major scale. G, B and D and the top note again is G. Or you can play it down here.
