How to Cool Melted Chocolate for Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies

Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. At this point after our chocolate has melted down, we're going to scrape this out onto some parchment paper. Scrape it all out and then we're going to flatten it. Spread it around and then we're going to fold the parchment paper on top of it, and we're just going to press it out. Be careful because it's still a little bit warm. At this point, you can actually get a rolling pin and just roll it out a little bit. Try to make it one even consistent layer. After you do this, you want to go ahead and throw this into the fridge. You want it to cool off for about 15-20 minutes. By the time this is done, you're batter should be finished cooling and you can start making the cookies.
