Ingredients for Making Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies

Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Today we're going to be talking about making Santa cookies. Now we're going to go over the ingredients we're going to need for our Santa surprise cookies. We're going to need one cup of butter softened, one cup creamy peanut butter, one cup graduated sugar, one cup light brown sugar, 2 eggs, one teaspoon vanilla, 3 1/2 cups flour, one teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, confectioner's sugar to sprinkle on top, 2 greased cookie sheets. For the filling, we're going to need a half a pound of baker's chocolate, 16 wrapped caramels, and 1-1 1/2 cup chopped peanuts.
