Fun With Music: Preschool Games

Hi, my name is Shelby on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to show you how to play fun games with preschoolers. In this segment I'll be discussing fun games to play with instruments. One game is musical conductor games where you have one child in the middle of the circle and they get two sticks and they get to play with. You explain to the children when a conductor has his hands up high with the sticks that means you're going to play the music really loud. When he puts his sticks down that means you're going to play really really soft. When he signals this that means you're going to stop the music and entirely. Some instruments you may want to use that are fun to play with preschool children are sticks that you can make different noises with rub them together. Another one is a maracas and this is their favorite cause it makes the loudest noise are the cymbals, the bells, a little tambourine, a clapper and a little drum.
