Hi this is Francisco Cales on with Pool Inspectors on behalf of Expert Village. Are theme today is basic spa maintenance. To test out the chlorine in the spa, we can go ahead and use a tailored kit. in the tailored kit, we have color-coded chemicals and two valves, were we will go ahead and put into the water about 12 to 16 inches below, pop it out, fill the small valve to the indicator line. And use the yellow cap valve which is agent R001 added 5 drops of the valve. Following the same steps, we are going to add 5 drops of agent R002. Put the cover on one more time, mix it up slightly, and read the indicator. The indicator is colored coded it will say CL which will tell us we are reading the chlorine. It goes from .5 to 5.0. At this time are indicator indicates about 3.0 which is an amount for the pool.
