I"m DJ Paye professional jeweler and gemologist and I am here today on behalf of expert village. Ok, now the bell's in place, we've quenched it and now, I'm just going to check to see whether or not the bell's in the proper spot or not. Cause you don't want to finish the piece up and then find out if it crooked or something because the bell has not been put on properly. I just got a small file just to hold the piece on the file; a good place to be.
