I'm going to move it this way just encase it sticks on the bottom. I'm going to turn it off and I'm going to proceed to move it nice and gently on the plate just like that. That is the way you are going to serve it in the middle, and the Tapas in Spain this is how exactly they serve it. You know round like this but like I said it is only potatoes. Potatoes is the main ingredients potatoes, egg, and salt and stuff and a little bit of onions. My version has a little bit more stuff.
