On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizabeth Muller and today we are going to show you how to make Spanish omelet. Now it only has been like a minute of 2 but by moving this around like this cause I don't want to burn my egg. It is has been on very low heat just move it around like that lifting it so it does not break. But moving it so I can flip it later on very delicately. So like I said it is not the kind of omelet that you know just move it around. You have to you know shake it like that so it can cook. You have to do it just like this so it stays round, that is another reason why it is like the Spanish omelet is done like this. It needs to be round. So we do it on low heat and move it around, checking the edges of the pan. You see how it kind of lifts and that is why you put a generous amount of oil and see that it does not burn to. I like to move it and check on it making sure that it does not burn. I like my a little brown to be honest with you. I don't like it so white. It looks wonderful underneath there. That is what you are going to do.
