Adding Eggs To A Spanish Omelet
On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizabeth Muller and today we are going to show you how to make Spanish omelet. Now I'm going to go ahead and place my eggs. Okay I'm going to mix it up a little bit now. Mix up my stuff. My mom does not like to flip it when it is like, until it is done. So I can leave it there for a little bit. I'm on very low so it does not burn okay and it can just cook. Every once in a while just smoothing your spatula around you know so it does not stick. That is why I put it on low. So it does not stick. Cooking it on in there like that. Now usually sometimes when you do an omelet, you move it so it could cook the egg, you know, you move it and it does cook the eggs if you want a omelet. But again you cook it really well so you can put the stuff in the middle, we cook it like this that is the way we do it at home. Some Spanish omelets do the same thing and in Spain they do it like this so it can be a round big omelet.
