Cooking Ham for A Spanish Omelet
On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today we are going to show you how to make Spanish omelet. Now I'm going to place a nice amount of ham in there. So put it in there like this and later on flip it. I'm going to lower it a little bit more I don't want it to burn. I don't want it to burn. Make sure your pan is still oily enough. Just go ahead and take the egg and not stick to the pan. Place the oil a little at a time. Like I said I have a older pan so I place the oil a little bit at a time. You may use your pan, like have a really old pan so you might want to get like little bits of oil at a time in there. That is the way I'm going to go ahead and do this.
