Cooking Onions & Peppers for A Spanish Omelet
On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today we are going to show you how to make Spanish omelet. Now I'm going to place my onions which are cut, a half a onion, small and half a green pepper. Like a the little piece that I have showed you. I'm going to put it in here. I would start to turn down my heat a little bit I don't want it to be hot where it would burn. My pan is old, sometimes you have a old pan, the omelet would tend to stick. I have to be really careful not to actually do that. I'm going to add a drop more olive oil cause I see the pan drying out. Like that and just let it move around like that, let it cook a little bit. I lowered my a little bit lower then medium okay so it does not over cook or it does not burn the stuff. Sometimes people like it a little bit more crispy and they can do it a little bit more longer.
