Beating Eggs for A Spanish Omelet
On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today we are going to show you how to make Spanish omelet. I'm going to go ahead and proceed to take my 4 eggs and beat it and leave it on the side. So let's just take 4 eggs and just leave it on the side, beating. Like scrambled eggs in which way that you want it. I'm getting it ready so when the omelet, so we have to do the omelet. We are just going to put that like I said on the side, just beating it. Meanwhile, you are going to check on your potatoes to see how they are doing. You do your cutting up and stuff before while you are boiling your potatoes or your cooking your potatoes that way it gives you enough time to do everything. Just do that. I'm going to add my pepper in here now. My 2 different types of peppers. Just a tad and I'm also going to add my salt. About that much.
