Maintenance for Buffers

Hi, this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip I'll be talking about maintenance of your buffer. To clean the tool itself you want to use a mild detergent on a damp cloth and just wipe down the entire tool. This particular tool does not require any extra lubrications. The manufacture does lubricate it enough for the life of the tool under normal operating conditions. When finished using your tool, you always want to remove any of the pads that you used. On the foam pad itself, you want to make sure and let it dry after you use it. To get the longest life possible out of your bonnets, you always want to wash them by hand and air dry them.
