Chrysanthemum & Chinese Herbal Medicine

Hello my name is Freddy and this is Billy. We are both herbalists based in China Town, New York City and today we are going to talk about Chinese herbs specifically this is called in Chinese but you might recognize this for chrysanthemum, it is a commonly found herb grown in most gardens and we use this in Chinese medicine for its anti-inflammatory properties. So it brings down heat, you can use it, we use in Chinese pharmacy it is used in group package but for this you can use a single tea, just boil it, and drink it to bring down the fever and cool your body down. You can also soak it in warm water if you have like redness in the eye to help the inflammation go down better than doing the or doing with eyedrops.
