How to do Circuit Playground Exercises

Okay. Let's get started. I'm so excited. Circuits which is my favorite thing to do. Putting some stuff together. I'd think through this carefully. We just talked about pushing and pulling. Let me just tell you about a couple theories in the body building industry. One is split routines, another is working upper body and then lower body, and then there's also antagonistic muscles. What I personally like is to take a push exercise for the most part and then not double up on that. And what I mean is if I'm doing a, let's say a push up and then I go right to dips, okay, I'm using my wrist twice? And I'm doing the same exercise. I'm kind of doubling up. Some people love that idea. I prefer to go from a chest exercise to a bicep. So I rest my triceps and go to my biceps instead. So it's an antagonistic way of working. It's up to you. That is the best way I believe to do circuit because it helps you prevent injury. If I'm doing this two or three times and back here on dips I can guarantee you're going to be doing this afterwards. So keep that in mind. We want to protect our joints as well. So, in just a moment I am actually going to go through a little circuit and show you how to put something together. I will be out of breath I can guarantee you, when I'm done, and I'm sure you would be too if you followed this one. So we'll be right back with our first circuit.
