Understand the Trigger Function of an Electric Stapler

Hi, this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip we'll be talking about trigger operation. On this stapler the trigger is located just below the handle. To fire a brad nail or staple you just need to squeeze the trigger and for every one time you squeeze the trigger one staple or brad nail will fire. Now this particular stapler does not have any type of safety for firing the nail other than the trigger lock. What this means is that if the trigger is unlocked and you accidentally squeeze the trigger it will fire a nail what ever direction it's going. So when using this tool you want to be very aware of what you are doing when you are using that trigger and make sure that you always keep that trigger lock on.
