Identify the Different Parts of an Electric Stapler

Hi, this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip I'll be talking about the parts of the electric stapler. Starting at the base of our tool we have our wire guide feature. What this will do is it will allow us to tack down low voltage wires such as phone wire or speaker cable and this will help protect the wire so that the staple won't puncture the wire at it goes into the material. Coming off the back end of our tool we have a 10 foot reinforce cord now what this means is that the cord is a little bit stronger than the typical cord. Having it 10 feet long will give us that extended range also. Towards the top of our tool here we have the handle. Now this is a soft grip handle meaning that it's more comfortable when you are doing a lot of stapling. Your hand is less likely to get fatigue while using this particular tool. You will also notice that on the front of this tool it has a flush front end on it and that is so that you can get in tight corners.
