How to Paint Paper Strip Container

Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to take the paint. I have picked up this kind of paint cause it looks fancier when you paint with it. I'm just going to paint around inside and out. You can see that it is not smooth. It does not look like one paper but it gives it a nice look. Use a good amount of paper to cover the newspaper so it would not show. If it shows, if you can see the newspaper after it dries you can always make another layer and cover whatever is not covered properly. Now we are going to put it away to dry before we can continue working with it again.
