Gluing Fourth Layer for Paper Strip Vase

Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. The fourth layer is going to be the same way we are going to make marks with the white paper. Again glue the newspaper all the way around. The reason why I'm not doing the whole product with the white paper is first of all it is more practical. Everybody has newspaper at home and since the newspaper is thinner it integrate with the glue better. This way it would become stronger. Now it is covered with four layers and we can not continue doing anything with it now because it is wet and it is dry. There are two ways of drying it. You need to just let it sit for 24 hours, let it dry in the air or what you can do to make it quicker you can heat your oven on a low temperature for 10-15 minutes. Then shut it off, wait about 5 minutes and put it inside for a half a hour or so and check if it is dry.
