Gluing Third Layer for Paper Strip Vase

Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to go back to the newspaper and take pieces. Put it this way putting it straight newspaper or you can like I did before put it on the tin right away. It does not matter that pieces are coming out you can always later on cut them. I finished 1/3 it is all covered here I'm going to go with the second one. It does not matter if you have newspaper a little bit on each other on every layer. Since it is so thin it does not matter if you really put a newspaper on a layer it is not going to make a big difference at the end. It is not going to be thicker or anything. You are not going to feel the difference later on. The 3rd way goes along and I have finish there. I'm going to cut it on top a little bit.
