How to Cut the Paper Strips for Vase

Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to take the newspaper and just start cutting it to piece. It is going to be small but it shouldn't be too big either. We want it to be to be able to hold and the glue is what makes it stronger later on and we would take it out. So basically you just prepare the paper. I think we have about enough for our layers. You can do as many layers as you want. The more layers you make the stronger your project would be. But I'm going today 3 layers that is going to be enough for our project.
