Benefits of Dusting & Vacuuming

This is Dan Wolstenholme on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to show you how to dust and vacuum your home. In this segment we're going to talk about reasons why to keep your house clean and dusted. As you know that keeping your house not only clean and dusted makes it a more pleasant place to be in and relaxing and enjoyed. But there's also health reasons involved as well. Did you know that almost 80% of household dust is made up of human skin? That's pretty gross. So yeah you definitely want to keep your floors and vacuumed and appliances and your furniture dusted. Not only does it create a healthier and cleaner environment but also for those people in your home that may have allergies or asthma, it definitely will make their life a lot easier because when you control the dust in your house you're able to allow them to have a cleaner, more enjoyable air to breathe circulating through the house. So, also the reason for dusting and vacuuming on a regular basis is making sure that with your carpet you want to get all the dust and dirt out of it as much as possible so that you have the most length, your carpet last longer and it looks better and you don't have to clean it frequently because you keep it dusted or vacuumed and cleaned and pick the debris up.
