Adding Crumble Topping for Blueberry Muffins

Hi, my name is Brandon Sarkis, on behalf of Expert Village. Today, I'm going to take a few minutes to show you how to make blueberry muffins that taste better than the ones out of the box that you get at the grocery store. Now we'll just take our crumble topping that we mix up with a fork. Just set this aside, grab out handy-dandy spoon, and we're going to just crumb the top of all of these. This should make a miniature mess, don't worry. You should get about a spoonful on top of each one here. I wouldn't sweat it if they spread out on the pan, like you see they've done here. It's not the end of the world. If it does bother you, you ca always sit here, and take your fingers like this, and wipe them all off. I'm going to spread the parts that I've missed back into my muffins. All right, so now we've got our little streusel top thing going on here. I'll take this piece and put it over here; cover up that little gap. Small muffins like these usually go into the oven for about fifteen to twenty minutes. Depending on your oven, it could take as long as twenty five minutes. But we're going to call it fifteen to twenty to start, and see where that ends up. I'm going to rescind these because we're not going to use them. That's all right, we'll only do half a dozen today because there's no way that I could eat a dozen myself. I'll come back when these are done, and we'll show you the finished product.
