How to Cut Tomatoes for Stuffed Tomatoes

Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. Now I can put my stuffing over here, and I'll take my tomatoes. Now this is an art. Cutting a tomato is an art, and of course we have hard tomatoes so it's not very difficult to cut a tomato. So I'll tell you how we can cut a tomato. Take a not very sharp knife, cut it from the top, see like this. And what you need to do is, take a knife and make a circle, making sure that the outside part should remain there, but the inside part we're actually getting it out. Insert, put your knife like this and cut the inner part. As you can see we are able to take out the middle part, keep it aside. Since you can see there is something inside, so take it out. I think we're doing fine. As now you can see that the whole tomato is empty.
