Ingredients for Homemade Salt Scrubs

I'm Ashley Johnson with Expert Village. Now we are going to talk about the materials that you need in order to make a salt scrub. First thing that you need is salt. Now one thing with the salt; I would recommend using sea salt instead of just regular salt. There are two different types of sea salt that you could get. You can get a fine one or you can also get one that is more coarse. And this is all personal preference. I like to use the coarse salt because I only use the salt scrub about once a month. Now if you want it finer it's going to feel a little bit closer to what the sugar scrub feels like. The next thing you are going to have is once again a jar. You can have them big. You can have them small. You can have them cute colorful doesn't matter. Vitamin E once again because it's good for your skin. Anyone who has ever been pregnant before and has stretch marks you know that people put vitamin E on the stretch marks. It just helps fade scars away. A fragrance that I normally use when I make a salt scrub is something that's clean and kind of a beachy smell. That way any time I use my salt scrub I feel like I am at the beach. And once again you need your baby oil and your ribbon. So let's go ahead and make our own.
