Hi, Ashley Johnson here with Expert Village. Right now we are going to talk about the differences between a salt scrub and a sugar scrub. First things first. Don't want to forget this part. If you have just shaved your legs do not put the salt scrub on it. Same rules apply as it does with the ocean. This will burn just a little bit. My personal favorite is the sugar scrub because the sugar seems a lot softer and it's just nice to use. Plus you can use it between one and two times a week. A salt scrub is a little bit more coarse so you only want to use it about once a month. But it's really good to use if you've got a lot of dry skin and you just need to take it off. This is something that will definitely do this. Both of these are going to leave your skin feeling silky smooth. So the first one we are going to do it learn how to make the sugar scrub. So let's get started.
