Making Coating for Chinese Sesame Chicken

Hi! This is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to show you how to make Chinese sesame chicken. Here we have our dry ingredients. Now what I'm going to do is take this egg. I'm going to put this in a small bowl, and then I'm going to take our 1/4 cup of milk and add that. I'm just going to beat them together like so. Make sure you beat it thoroughly. It looks pretty good. What we're going to do is we're going to take this and we're going to mix it into our dry ingredients. Then we're going to beat this until it's smooth. Just keep on beating it. As we see, it's mixing nicely. This is going to take a little while. I'm just going to keep mixing until it's nice and smooth. Actually, it's getting there already. I will see you on the next step.
