JOHN BROWN JR.: On behalf of Expert Village, I'm John Brown, and now we're going to go over how to work all three ranges in a flow. Obviously, your footwork and your body mechanics is what's going to get you in and out of these three ranges. So we start off slow, I can use the inside entry. I'm zoning inside out to the medium range. I step out to the long range, and then I'll step back in to the finish range. See, either I could keep the knife in or I could just use the eyeball and the head manipulation to take down and finish. So work it, long range to medium range to close-quarter range and back to long range. Reverse grip, close-quarter range to long range. Close quarter, I switch it back to medium then to long. Any of the three ranges, you work with your partner. He's flowing with me; he's giving me the kills. It's never going to be this simple. It's never going to be this easy, but this is just one way that we train in. Medium, long, close quarters. Medium and close quarters.
