Tips for Cutting Cabbage

Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. So let me just put it like this. Very small pieces like this. Make sure if you want a bigger one. You can always cut it in this direction. Like this. Take your knife, hold it like this. Make your thumb on this part and other fingers on that part. And cut it in this manner. Here are the things and cut it very, very smoothly. And here it goes. If you find some big leaves, you can always keep it aside. Say like I have this big leaf which will not look very good when the vegetable is actually done, when the recipe is done. So I can always put the things aside. So here I'm just cutting one of the part of the cauliflower. This is actually a very green vegetable and very tasty to eat. I mean if you give a combination of say peas or cauliflower which is actually a very nice Indian vegetable. I usually use in the breakfast time or at lunch time.
