Vegetable Platter Costs

Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC. Today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make a nice veggie platter. We're back I just wanted to talk a little bit about cost and storage. Cost first of all like I said those trays and those big things are like $26, I spent about $25 for all the different vegetables that I bought also the tray and the blue cheese and the ranch. Not only did I get two huge ones I can actually find me two more huge ones and do four of them the same ones that you would of paid $26, bigger than those in fact. I just want to show you, you can't to anything wrong with this. So remember cost verses convenience a lot of times convenience can cost you in then end and it will cost you all the way down the line. So it's up to you it didn't take long less than 15 minutes I made this. You can make it literally quick before you go to work in the morning I know I always say this but I'm telling you to do that.
