Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC. Today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make a nice veggie platter. We're back we just got our cauliflower and you just peel off of the back leaves like so. It just makes it easy to give it a wash and it'll be easy to cut. Give it a good rinse and you want to cut that stem off here and the same way like the broccoli, the cauliflower is the same thing. I'm going to use my pairing knife just to make it a little easier and what you want to do is start cutting off the backs and you'll see it will come right off. Again just go right in there pull them right off and those are your heads for your cauliflower. You don't want to serve somebody something this big and if you just take your pairing knife you just make smaller cuts and you get smaller pieces of cauliflower. It breaks up a lot like your broccoli does and that's it you just start cutting your pieces up putting them on your plate. You want to have nice bite size pieces and if they're to big just get in there cut your stems down and you'll get nice pieces. Put all your pieces on your plate when I come back we'll be wrapping this up, it's that fast less than 15 minutes. So keep chopping your cauliflower come back we'll put it all together.
