Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make a nice veggie platter. We're back. We've got our ingredients down. As far as hardware, you're going to need a little dish or a little cup like so put your bleu cheese or your ranch in. I like to put out both. You're going to need a cutting board definitely, to chop up all these veggies. I like to have a chopping knife for my celery and stuff like this, but I also like to have my pairing knife. My pairing knife is good to make these small cuts around your peppers and such. Also, you're going to need a serving tray. If you wanted to transport it, you can go into your 99 cents store or your party favors store. I got this for 2 bucks with the cover and the tray. That was pretty cheap. Or you can just put it on a nice tray like this and jut put all of your vegetables out. That's basically it. You might want to have a colander too. You see I didn't forget the colander. I always forget the colander in the utensils. I didn't forget it today because we're going to be washing everything. Make sure you wash your veggies good. Come back. We're going to start washing everything, chopping everything, showing you how fast it is to put this platter vegetables together here on Expert Village.
