Hi, this is Sean Hobson for Expert Village. What we want to talk about right now is the importance of picking the right person for the quarterback of your team. Obviously, when you think quarterback, you think, "tall, good, athletic, and has a good arm." And yes, all those things are important when picking a good quarterback. But you also have to remember, the quarterback is the general on your field. They've got to be a good leader, they've got to be able to take control in the huddle, and they have to be smart enough to remember all of the plays that you're going to run offensively. Because, that quarterback is the person that sets up the whole offense. If the quarterback hands off to the wrong side, the whole play doesn't work. If the quarterback turns to throw to the wrong person, then the whole play is off. So, you have to have somebody smart, you have to have somebody that's a good leader, and then obviously, you have to have somebody that can throw the ball well, somebody that can run the ball well, and somebody that's good and athletic in the pocket. It takes a lot to be the quarterback. That's why a lot of times on teams, the quarterback get a lot of recognition, because they do so much for your team. So, remember, when you're picking your football team, spend extra time picking the right person for the quarterbacking spot.
