After you have gathered lots of resources and you have read through them and made lots of notes, you are going to want to make those transitions from the note taking stage to the outline stage that will help you take out all the information you have and eventually make it to a great paper. Outlines are so important because they help you organize your thoughts and they help you find your main point as well as the points that are backed up, that main point throughout the paper. So it's really important to organize your thoughts and sometimes you need to make multiple drafts of your outline. Start with one outline that makes sense then maybe you need to rethink and reorganize well maybe this paragraph can just go up higher maybe this one has to go down lower. But start with your notes, start working on a outline and then eventually your paper will come out of that.
