How to Make Super Bowl Party Invitations

Go! Go! Hello, my name is Matt Cail, and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you today how to throw a Super Bowl Party! The next thing on our party planning agenda is sending out invitations. Now, Super Bowl parties are more casual...a more informal affair than other gatherings you may have, even like anything from a BBQ to certainly anything like a Christmas or formal dinner party. But still, invitations can be valuable. It can put a social even on people's radars; more so than say, just a word of mouth would. That said, you have a big problem which I've already alluded to and that is the holidays. Holidays are kind of right in between there. Usually, you like to have a solid thirty or plus days before you get your invitations out. Well, you are going to have Christmas and New Years right in the middle there. So, I suggest starting to talk to people in December (just word of mouth or maybe an email or two) that you are planning on having a Super Bowl party towards the tail-end of January or the beginning of February (depending on when the big game is going to be). Start mentioning this. Then, in early January, you can mail out nice invitations. These don't have to be ultra fancy. What you are going to be doing is mailing out the basic details, reminding everyone when the game is going to be, where it's going to be and how much fun you are all going to have to make sure you have a great showing for your Super Bowl party.
