Step Down Exercises for Boot Camp Training

CHRISTOPHER HOWELL: Hi. I'm Chris from Expert Village, and today I'm going to cover how to prep yourself for going into military, training-wise. And then he'll tell you like a little step down. He'll give you a one-two count for the pushups, and when he does a one-two count, it goes one, two. And when you go back up, it goes one, two...one, two. And now you're in the pushup position, so if he goes down, up--down up, one, down, up, two. And then when you finish doing your pushups, he'll give you a one-two count again...one, two. Now, some people have a hard time with that one-two count because they're a little bit more heavyset than the others; but after training and getting used to it, anyone can do the one-two. One, two. This is Chris with Expert Village, and we just covered pre-training for the military.
