Now that our butter has melted in our milk we're going to start adding the mozzarella cheese cubes. Put in about 5-6 of them and just slowly stir it until they begin to melt. It should take a few minutes and as it melts just add in a few pieces at a time. Again you are going to keep it at a low temperature so that everything blends in together. Now I'm going to add the last of the mozzarella cheese and just keep stirring it so that it mixes in with the milk and the butter. You can see how its kind of chunky but if you just keep stirring it it will boil down and make a nice thick cheese sauce.
