Ramen Macaroni & Cheese Ingredients

If you are like me and you love to cook but also have to work on a shoe string budget to make great tasting nutritious meals, then you'll love this upgrade on the classic macaroni and cheese that most budget buyers that have become of. Now the difference is we're using ramon noodles which are the first thing you have to buy on the trip to the supermarket. Here I have two kinds of ramon noodles available for purchase. The first is the classic ramon noodles and then we have the choice ramon noodles which are 80% lower in fat and 25% lower in sodium. There is also milk. I bought 2% you can use whole milk for a creamer option. You will only need about half to 3/4 of cup. You will also need to purchase a stick of butter and cheese of course and what we'll be doing with our milk and butter, cheese is making a creamy cheese sauce. I've purchased some pregrated Munster cheese as well as some mozzarella cheese and it's block form you can use either form of cheese. Another good melting cheese to look at is Havarti which has a wonderful flavor. You want to stay away from cheddars and Colby cheeses. Your really yellow cheeses because they will clump up when you are trying to make them into cheese sauce and they will not blend well with your milk and butter. Last I have salt and pepper.
