On behalf of Expert Village, I am Angel Perez with Champion Martial Arts in Miami, Florida. Today we are talking about competitive Judo. Now, we are going to talk a little bit about the mental preparation for Judo. First of all, in Judo you need to have an attitude. What do I mean by an attitude? I mean you have to believe in yourself. You have to be self confident. You have to know that when you step on that mat there's no doubt you are going to win. If you go out there believing that the other competitor is a better competitor, a stronger competitor, a more experienced competitor, you've just lost your match before you even start. So, you always go in there with a frame of mind where you are the best. You cannot be beaten, you are unbeatable. This takes years and years and years of concentration, focus, and of course winning. The only way to win, gentlemen, is to practice continuously all the time.
