Backwards Hip Throw for Competitive Judo

On behalf of Expert Village I am Angel Perez with Champion Martial Arts in Miami Florida, and today we are talking about competitive judo. Okay, he will now demonstrate the same throw, the same technique walking backwards. Again, when youre being pushed you can use your opponents lack of balance to throw them very easily. Now coming back. Even when he doesn't want to throw him, actually he is still off balance that he falls on his own. And now we are going to show you the throw live speed. Very effective throws, especially for shorter men. Go ahead, one more in real life please.
