Push Back Throw in Competitive Judo

On behalf of Expert Village, I am Angel Perez with Champion Martial Arts, in Miami, Florida. And, today we are talking about competitive judo. And now we are going to do the same uchimata technique, the same way that I did my morotes, with walking backwards, very important that you learn how to throw someone walking backwards. The idea in judo is to give, not to push back, but to give. So, if I push him, it will make it very easy for him to take my momentum and lack of balance to exactly where it is that I am pushing. So, this is what we're doing. O.k. and now I'm going to walk the same thing the other way. O.k. and now the ultimate is to throw, so now, he's going to go ahead and throw me in real life time.
