On behalf of Expert Village, I am Angel Perez with Champion Martial Arts in Miami, Florida. Today, we are talking about competitive Judo. Also, we need to train how to throw our opponents. Moving him from one side or to the other. Again, we're using the same technique. But basically this is the same practicing that you will do for any technique that you practice. Okay, I'm going to walk him to my right, to his left. This is going to make is easier for me to throw him because I'm putting him right into position. So, if I move him to my right, if you notice, he's already on my back. So all I have to do is pull him off balance, step back, and throw. One more time. I'm going to move him to my right, his left. Once he's there he's off balance. I step my leg back and pull. Always hold on to your opponent. Never just let him go. We want to save him we don't want to hurt him.
