Resistance Drill for Competitive Judo

On behalf of Expert Village, I am Angel Perez with Champion Martial Arts in Miami, Florida. Today, we are talking about competitive Judo. Again, to perfect a position and the technique, you must practice it over and over again. The next thing we're going to do here is, basically, the same thing. Now we have a third Judoka holding on to his belt with both hands. The idea is more resistance for me. It makes it harder. It will keep him up. I can practice the technique. Again, walking backwards. One, two, hold him. One, two and hold him. What we would do now is we would turn around. I will now hold his belt. One of my assistants will try the same thing. Hold him up.
