Competitive Judo Training

On behalf of Expert Village, I am Angel Perez with Champion Martial Arts in Miami, Florida and today we are talking about "Competitive Judo". Okay, today we are going to talk about "Competitive Judo" and what it is and what it means. In Judo you can start competing as early as five years old. There is a Masters Division for gentlemen over fifty years old, believe it or not people compete in Judo all the way up to their sixties and some times you know seventies. Judo is a sport, it is a Olympic sport, on top of being the best Martial Arts and self defense that exists in the world. There is nothing like Judo. There is competitions locally, statewide, national competitions and even international competitions. In order to be a good Judo player you must first get your body in good physical condition, you also need a good mind, sound mind and always balance, coordination, speed and power.
