How to Play 'Come Into My Kitchen': Part 2

Hi, I'm Rick Tobey and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to demonstrate some slide guitar. So the way you play the first part of the song. The first section of the verse is simply to place your slide at the twelfth fret. If you're using a pick you start on the fourth string and you just hit each note and that's the first part of the melody. "The woman I love". And then you come back down, but first you go "took from my best friend." So let's just go over that part one more time. "The woman I love took from my best from." You'll notice the action there where it's going from the twelfth fret to the tenth then to the second string back up to the twelfth fret. So the whole phrase goes like this. And then the next segment we'll learn to play the next portion of the song.
