Add Chicken for Gumbo Supreme Recipe

Hi, my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, TX. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you my gumbo supreme. Now we had our trinity in here, we take the top off for a little bit and what we are going to do now is that chicken that we browned earlier we are going to add that right back into this mixture. Be careful with it, don't let it burn you it just got me. But we want that to now cook cause we really want our chicken to just kind of cook down in here. I like for my chicken to most of time to just fall apart in the gumbo mixture that is why we put the things in layers. The chicken takes a little longer than everything else so we put the chicken in first along with those veggies. Let this just start cooking away like I said be very careful cause it's extremely hot. So we have the chicken back in there, we have our trinity in, we are going to put the top on and I'll see you back at the next step.
