Hi, my name is Karl James, owner of Creosoul Catering, located in Round Rock, TX, and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you my Gumbo Supreme. So what is my Gumbo Supreme? Basically I do a chicken and sausage gumbo, and then I also do a seafood gumbo. Well the supreme is combining the two together. So you have what I like to call an everything gumbo. We brown our chicken, render our sausage, season our shrimp ahead of time, we're going to add crab, both actual crab, and canned crab. We're going to give you the option to add some oysters at the end. You've got to be careful with oysters though, because they can take over the entire taste and flavor of your gumbo. So, we'll just have them at the end. So for those people that just want to drop them in they can do that. And then we're going to put this together in the steps that's needed because then you want to put your chicken in, then your sausage, and your seafood should pretty much go in last because you don't want to overcook that stuff. So anyway, let's get started.
