Serving Open Fire Vegetable Kabobs

Hi, I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to cook your veggie kabobs over a natural open pit fire. Then we are going to have our corn on the cob and we are going to open one of these up and see what that is in the inside. If it is cooked. That looks nice and toasty. So anyway we have this is what our bill of fair is tonight is roasted corn and veggie kabob over a open pit fire. It is pretty simple and pretty effective. So I'm going to go ahead and say grace and I'm going to sit down and eat some veggie kabob that we cooked over a open pit fire. With some good friends, good food, it is good times and thank you for joining us on Expert Village and thank you. Oh that is hot. Oh that is really good! I want to try a little piece of zucchini here and we use no kind of lighter fluid here anywhere in this operation. Thank you and bon appetite.
